We stayed as a family of 3 in apartment 5. Clean, well located, bright, lovely and well decorated apartment close to the main street. Good heating system. Direct and efficient contact with owner, who was responsive and quick to react when problems arose.

The apartment is really lovely but needs basic attention: A very loose kitchen tap., repaired now. This was obvious as soon as we turned it on. The owner was advised immediately and the response was quick. But I wonder how this had not been noticed before our arrival. The drain in the bathroom sink was blocked and very slow to drain. Surely the staff in charge had noticed that too?.Husband unplugged it himself (full of hair), quite an unpleasant task for a paying guest. Soundproofing unfortunately isn't adequate. We were kept awake by the very chatty couple next door during the first night.
