Pictures looked much nicer than facility actually was. Carpets were dirty. Night stands were dirty. There was random tape on the ceiling. Fire doors held open by screw drivers jammed in them. Breakfast timing was off at least once morning. Just overall not the greatest experience. Will not be booking with Choice facilities again.

Not sure why this place gets a bad rep. We had two rooms for two nights on the 2nd floor during the 4th of July and had ZERO issues. I almost canceled my stay due to the bad reviews but decided to give it a chance and we have zero regrets. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers and nobody had any issues. 5 out of the 7 of us are not the picky type. We felt safe. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Everyone else was friendly also. 5 out of 7 of us enjoyed the hot breakfast, the other 2 didn't eat. We didn't use the pool because we prefer the beach at Washington Park. Close to so many food and shopping options. Would absolutely stay here again.

Broken toilet seat, bugs roaming on the bathroom floor, and smoke detector hanging from the wall by its wires etc.
