Location: off 421 + Highway 20.
Plenty of dining options close by.
Breakfast of scrambled eggs + sausage provided at hotel.
Ate a very tasty Catfish/ Chicken wing combo meal at: "Shrimp Max" next door to Arby's.
Good selection of TV: watched 2 episodes of "Kingstown" on Paramount +.
Second floor hallway need vacuuming at top of stairs.
Didn't sleep well, waking up every hr.
One time the toilet was running as the chain on the tank plunger got stuck underneath, requiring opening the lid and adjusting.
Noisy nearby heater coming on and off.
Noise from shared plumbing heard thru walls.

Location was very good for our Thanksgiving travel this year. We travel with a pet, so that's also a critical point for us. This is a budget friendly option for folks traveling for holidays and need comfort, price, accessibility and friendly/helpful staff.
Not a complaint, just the reality of this level of accommodation. Breakfast is basic, but travelers should know this for this price point.
