    There is very less staff in the hotel. Very late is providing simple items like water, glass, plates etc and they had to confirm twice-thrice whether we genuinely need it or not. So silly. Google maps generally dont work in hills, we werent ablt to find the location, we called them to help and they said they cant send any member to pick us up from nearby location. Very conjusted rooms. Staff ask for money for every single item to provide. We were few minutes delay to checkout as they DIDNT mentioned the time is 11am, so they charged us ₹2000 extra. Terrible! Worst experience. Beside is only Mayfair Resort. Do stay there.

    Location is excellent, although approach road is very narrow and the hotel has it's own parking space( very rare for Darjeeling). Valley view was gorgeous. Food was good, however variety and quantities limited. Taste and quality good though. Staff provided excellent back up support. Kids complained for the satellite TV not being available.

    The hotel was good with big room and nice staff. It's near to the mall road. the location is bad if you have elderly people with you. the entrance is steep and narrow.
