In this very cold weather, room heater is not available,
They allow to use geyser for hot water only for 6 hours in 24 hrs....

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and everything worked reasonably well, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning.
The biggest concern was the lack of parking. There was no parking available even for two-wheelers, and this wasn’t explicitly mentioned in the property information beforehand. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, especially for guests travelling by road.
The Wi-Fi was also quite patchy during our stay. This became a bit of a hindrance when planning our outings and affected our overall experience.
Apart from these issues, everything else worked fine and we had a decent stay. Hopefully, the property can address these points and communicate them more clearly to future guests.

Good hotel & excellent location.
5.2 / 10·May 2026
Location is not good compared to the tariffs of the hotel. It’s not on the mall road as falsely advertised. You have to walk a steep uphill of about 500 metres to get to the points of interest. The hotel charges premium rates but the amenities and services are not premium at all. There was not even a door mat in front of our washroom to dry wet feet. The staffs are not knowledgeable about the services they offer. You can get a much better hotel at a better location (upper darjeeling) at cheaper rates. DON’T fall for the brand Yashshree group of hotels as this one is not up to the mark.
