Location, cleanliness, staff behavior, food. Mountain view double bed rooms.
Family rooms are claustrophobic. There is no window (better say 'no view window' is there) in family room. And it was not mentioned during booking, otherwise I had never booked a room without any window /ventilation. And another thing is, there is no mobile network, wifi connection inside family room. Absolute zero connection. It is ridiculous.

Location and staff
Beds were not clean at time of check. There was full of tiny hairs and seem unclean

Hotel location is most like. Mountain view room good. Receptionist is very humble and helpful.He arranging taxi service that make trip very nice n wonderful. Specially driver who picked up us and sight seeing to dropping they all are well trained for driving on steeps road. Never try to drive on these hilly roads if you not so trained. Service is good.
Room size is ok but toilet cum bathroom is too small. Room paint is wiping out several locations. There is small leakage of water from geyser.
