We took the bus from the airport then metro to the hotel. To our surprise, the hotel is right beside the exit of the metro. However, there isn't any elevator from the metro level to the ground level. We lugged our big luggages up the flight of stairs. And to our horror, at the entrance, we saw another flight of stairs. 😪 There is an elevator within the hotel property but to get to that elevator, you need climb 1 flight of stairs. Bear that in mind. Other than that, property is at a very strategic location. old town is within walking distance and everywhere else is nearby. :)

Honestly, I had very low expectations before checking in due to the negative reviews I read online. The staffs working were extremely friendly and even offered to gave us a tour of the building when we checked in. What exceeded my expectation was on the last night of my stay: I left my sunglasses in the uber. It was a very sentimental gift to me. I tried to communicate with the driver but he could not speak english. I was in so much panic but the lady that was manning the desk that night helped me with translation at 3am in the morning. She was so patient.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is extremely accessible, public transportation is just below the hotel. The only downside we had was there were no facial tissues in the room and if you take an uber or bolt to the hotel, they might need to drop at Four Seasons (which was just across the street). We werent bothered by it though.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Good place, but there was bad smell in the hallway and the room service cleaning wasn’t that good
