This was the first time staying at a hotel without a front desk, and not gonna lie I was a little nervous, however they texted the link to my phone to check in and out and the code for our room when it was ready. It was very confident and easy and I very much like the keyless entry! We had a few small issues with WiFi and hot water and they were quick to respond.
The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because of the location and parking; the hotel is hard to spot because the building is thin and doesn't have a sign. There is also no parking. No street parking, no parking lot which would not be a problem if they had complimentary valet, but they don't. Valet was $25 a day which was an unexpected expense and honeslty very inconvenient as my handicap mother and infant daughter (3 months old) were traveling with me.

Very clean hotel room and super helpful staff! The food at the cafe was delicious as well!

This place is cheap normally(relative to Omni/Residence Inn) and in close distance to the old town, there is nearby street parking(2 hour limit 8-5 or 8-6 pm). I didn't have to pay for parking because I arrived at 4 pm, and checked out shortly after 10 am. The restaurant across the street called Black Cow Chophouse is great, and has a reasonable happy hour menu.
