Nice big room. A small kitchenette with extra sink was great. The location was convenient not far from city center. Pet friendly.

We reserved a room via Agoda and arrived at 11. Check-in was at 3 , we were told rooms weren’t going to be ready until then which we 100% understood. Came back at 3:15pm and no rooms were ready. We finally got a room at 5:15pm. The receptionist was rude, not only did she looked like she had just rolled out of bed but she did not care about all the customers waiting. She kept saying 15 min, 15 min and then she said she wasn’t a checker so she didn’t know how long it was going to be before checking if rooms were ready. Manager was not showing face at all. At 5:15pm she called us and said payment didn’t go through with Agoda. She had checked our reservations multiple times before then. Thankfully Agoda fixed the issue right away. My husband asked if hotel was taking responsibility on the wait and she rolled her eyes at him and said nothing. We got into the room around 5:30. Room was great, clean, spacious, a lot of space for a family of 4. Everything great until 2:15am when A/C became alive and was making tons of noise so we turned in off, no problem now but summer time would’ve been horrible. Hilton created a case for us and we are hoping to hear back from them soon.
