We enjoyed a very adequate breakfast, and took a coffee to go.
At checkin there was no mention of a $20 fee to park. I was not aware In had been charged until I read the emailed invoice. In retrospect I checked the website, and did see the parking fee was listed. So now I'll do a better job of researching upcoming stays.

The breakfast was quite good. The heating was uneven and a little hard to regulate. The overall room was mostly clean, however the shower door tracks could have been cleaner.
I don’t think they should charge a daily rate for parking. $20 per day. Being a Hilton Honor member should also count for something.

Superior location
Loud ground floor street facing room. Would have liked an ice bucket and the staff couldn't get one

Very rude unhelpful front desk. Specifically, the white older female, she was extremely rude when I called to ask a question regarding checkin, btw unprovoked. She also is unkempt, not a good look in the hospitality business!
Zero customer service and her trainee a white middle aged male was not the best either. They obviously disregarded my request for a quiet room because they put us right by the elevator. You need to do better!!!!!
