We had a pleasant stay overall, and upgrading to the more spacious room for an additional ₱200 per day was definitely worth it. The standard room starts at around ₱1,000 per night, while the upgraded room we booked was approximately ₱1,200. For such a small price difference, the increase in room size was substantial—it felt almost twice as large as the standard option, making it an excellent value, especially for longer stays.
The room was well laid out and came with a dedicated work desk, a separate round dining table, and two chairs, making it convenient whether we were working remotely, enjoying meals, or simply relaxing. There were also plenty of power outlets around the room, so charging multiple devices at the same time was never a problem.
Our room had a queen-size bed with two pillows, and we found the bed very comfortable. We slept well throughout our stay and had no issues with bed bugs or anything that affected our comfort. One of our favorite features was the blackout curtains—they blocked outside light exceptionally well, making it easy to enjoy a restful sleep or even sleep in without realizing it was already daytime.
The room was also impressively clean upon check-in. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, giving us a great first impression.
The bathroom was probably the only area where we felt there was room for improvement. The large showerhead provided a pleasant rain shower experience, and we appreciated that the bathroom included a bidet. However, we wish it also had a handheld shower and a regular water spout or faucet. Those additional fixtures would make bathing and other tasks much more convenient.
The Wi-Fi was generally fast enough for browsing, streaming, and getting work done. There were a few occasions when the signal in our room became a little weak, but overall, the internet speed remained reliable and didn't significantly affect our stay.
We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided upon arrival. In addition, there was a water dispenser conveniently located near the elevator where guests could refill their bottles whenever needed. It's a thoughtful and practical feature that we found very useful.
If you plan to have your room cleaned during your stay, it's best to notify the front desk ahead of time. It seems the hotel has a limited housekeeping staff, so same-day or late afternoon requests may not always be accommodated immediately. Scheduling it in advance helps ensure your room gets serviced when you want it.
As a small suggestion, it would also be nice if the hotel could provide complimentary toothbrushes and disposable slippers. We understand that these amenities aren't always included at this price point, so it's certainly not a complaint—just a small wish that would make the stay even more comfortable.
One of the hotel's biggest strengths is its location. It's conveniently situated near major establishments, including shopping malls, hospitals, churches, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and other essential shops. Most places are only a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area or run errands without relying on transportation.
Lastly, we'd like to commend the night shift front desk staff. The women at the front desk were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming. Whenever they weren't assisting other guests, they always found time to greet us as we entered the hotel or even when we stepped out of the elevator. Those simple, genuine interactions made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The spacious upgraded room, comfortable queen-size bed, excellent blackout curtains, cleanliness, abundance of power outlets, reliable internet, convenient water refill station, friendly staff, and outstanding location were the highlights of our visit. While there are a few small areas that could be improved, they didn't significantly affect our experience. We would gladly stay here again, especia
