My family and I stayed at Dynasty to attend a concert here in Cebu. We requested for an early check which was accommodated by the front desk. When we arrived we had a quick check in process and the staff helped us carry our luggage to our room in the third floor. We didn't have any problems during our entire stay. We enjoyed our stay and we'll surely go back anytime soon. Thanks, Dynasty

You get what you pay for, but the photos online are definitely misleading. The property is very dated, with dented walls, peeling paint, cracked bathroom walls, and a broken cabinet. The bed sheets were clean, but the mattress underneath was stained, and the room had a strange odor when I arrived. The AC works cold—though it’s quite noisy—and the bidet is practically broken. It’s a cheap option, but other budget hotels in the area maintain much better cleanliness and standards.
