    We’ve really enjoyed our stay here. The food is delicious, and the service has been wonderful, especially at the spa. A special thank you to Miss Mai for being so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate it! ❤️

    Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast spread was decent. The location was also convenient — close enough to the night market, shops and the places we wanted to visit. My only gripe was that the room layouts were not clearly specified. I travelled with my father, and to our shock, the Classic Room had the bathing area within the main sleeping area itself, with basically no privacy. It might be great for couples, but definitely not ideal for families. We then paid extra to upgrade to another room with a better layout, only to find that the bathroom had a bathtub with no proper shower area. To shower without getting the whole bathroom wet, you basically had to sit or squat in the bathtub, which was quite uncomfortable, especially for older guests. On our final day, we upgraded again to a Deluxe Room, which in my opinion is the room to go for if you're planning to stay here. However, at that price point, I might have chosen another hotel with a higher rating instead. Other than the room layout issues, though, our stay was very comfortable and we were happy with the service and cleanliness.

    Location is good , in the heart of old quarters area. rooms are very small. no view at all. Over hyped ratings on Google. Not much impressive except location.
