    Aurora has consistently been our preferred choice during our recent trips. We have always been very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel, especially the professionalism and hospitality of the staff, who make each stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the location is very convenient. Many popular local restaurants are within walking distance, and Hoan Kiem Lake is also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. Without a doubt, Aurora will continue to be our first choice for future visits. Highly recommended!

    Good: - with bidet - excellent breakfast buffet, varied selection from appetizer to dessert, you can request for pho and eggs - breakfast is at 11th (?) floor with huge windows so we enjoyed our breakfast with a beautiful view - friendly and super accommodating staff. They will help with your requests and inquiries. - relatively clean - they give gifts after your stay - fast, working elevator - provides toiletries (shower cap, toothbrush, razor), coffee, tea, bottled water - location is very near Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake - we easily booked Grab in their location - Before checking in, I told them it was my birthday. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with beautiful rose petals presentation! Thank you so much! - they cleaned our room without touching important stuff Bad: - They insist on 5-star reviews after your stay, but it's okay because they deserve it Will be back here again! Thank you for an excellent stay!
