We had a nice stay. The hotel location in the city is very good if you want to be close to restaurants, bars, etc. Even though the streets around were very busy, our room was by the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. The area is a famous point for tourists and very close to the airport, but almost ~1h to the Ferry. The beach location was a bit disappointing because there is a natural barrier right in front, so you don't see clean water there, and have to wear special shoes to go inside. However, if you walk two/three hotels down the beach, there is a perfect area for swimming and enjoying the turquoise water. So if your budget is better for this one, having to walk a bit to enjoy the beach may not be a problem at all. The breakfast was good with big variety of food, and the sitting area if very nice with a sea view. We enjoyed the pool a lot and there is even a massage place right inside the hotel. I guess this might be an island problem, but there was no energy at the hotel everyday from 2pm to almost 6pm, so you might consider not to stay in the room during those hours. Overall it was a good stay, would definitely come back.

In the middle of the busiest Chaweng, yet don’t hear the noises from the bar. Friendly staff and very good breakfast, the porridge is mom style.

The location is in the middle of the party area, although the hotel room itself was pretty quiet (except for other guests that did make a lot of noise), the room was clean but felt very cheap and had a smell of damp and mushrooms, it needs a renovation, we kept the door closed att all times but still had a lot of mosquitos in our room and we don't know how they got inside, and there was no wiev other than right into your neighbors door. And if you dont close the curtains people can see right into your bedroom very well. The breakfast buffet was ok but quite tasteless, lots of different foods and fruits though, and having breakfast right by the beach was awesome. There was plenty of restaurants around the corner but not tasty like real thaifood and it was very expensive. I recommend take a walk to Central and eat at the food court, or go to the outskirts of Chaweng and find a real Thai restaurant where the food is amazing and a third of the price. The pool looked nice but Im not much of a pool guy, the beach was amazing but they have sea urchins so you must wear protective shoes. This wasn't a place for me but if you like party atmosphere and sipping drinks by the pool I recommend it.
