The staff at this hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. They even helped us with the language barrier by calling and talking to a tour organizer for us.
We booked two rooms. One room on the second floor was great. Our other room on the first floor had a musty smell to it.
We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. A short walk from the Plaza.

The location of this property is perfect. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible dedication of the staff. They are so helpful and are there immediately for any need or request you may have. I felt like part of their family. They were so kind. I will be staying there again when I return to Cusco.

Very nice hotel, good location, steps away from Plaza de Armas. Rooms were clean, spacious. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The ground-level rooms were somewhat noisy in the evening, being close to the reception area (spent two nights there). Also stayed in upper floor room and that was quiet (spent three nights there). Good breakfast buffet. Only minor drawback - no elevator, in case going up and down the stairs might be a problem for some.
