    Stayed here for a total of four nights. The staff were kind and friendly. Don’t expect full Hilton luxury standards, but it still maintains a certain level of quality associated with the brand. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of everything. One thing to be aware of: the staff may ask you to pay an additional tax. As a foreigner staying in Peru for less than 60 days, you are typically exempt from this tax. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this at the time and paid it. After checking later, I found out we shouldn’t have been charged. The hotel has promised a refund, but I’m unsure how long it will take or if we will receive the full amount back.

    Firstly, the hotel is perfectly located near most of the main attractions in Cusco and a simple 5-minute walk from the main square. Rooms were simple but very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't say anything about the breakfast as we left early each morning before breakfast started during our stay but I did check-out the dining room and ti seemed nice.
