We got charge again for the tax which already included in the booking and got paid after asking why they give make up some reason which we ask this is not legal charge and the receptionist woman still force us to pay, tired of the flight and high attitude change we just pay almost 6 dollar again to check in. The room we check in was dirty the bed cover wasn’t change so it smell bad and itchy us all night, the room was dark and the tower was old and wasn’t look clean. We wasn’t wanna make a big deal out of it so we tried to sleep and check out the next day. That’s when thing got funny. After ask to check my passport and my multi entry one year valid for Peru along with letter confirm from the Peru embassy in London, the receptionist guy saying he can’t find me information and sound as he will call the police since look like I’m not registered with the immigration. I was shocked with the attitude considering we just staying 3 days in Lima in another 5 star hotel and they just need my passport as they can check all information online. After sometime I really don’t know what to do ask he ask for my flight ticket and I showed my flight booking and finally my gf found my registration information online. Obviously the huy wasn’t even bother to check and so ignorant with his attitude which wasted our morning and get stress for no reason. We just check in Taypikala Cousco and they just need our ID as they fill in all the form themselves, on too the room was extremely clean and the receipt was so welcoming and quick. Again no double tax charge so I recommend they instead of this hotel.

Perfect location in the centre of town
Room was nice nothing fancy but clean and comfy bed.
We arrived at 1am and there was a room close by with a group of people up talking loud, the staff didn’t address it wouldn’t expect hostel behaviour in this hotel. Then few hours later someone on FaceTime outside there room 4am talking loudly for over half an hour had to WhatsApp staff to do something. Cleaners talking loudly from 6am.
