The hotel was a little hard to find initially. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Location I close to central Cusco.
However during the festive celebration in June, it is difficult to move around with the crowd outside the hotel.

I stayed 2 nights and could not sleep well because my room was 211 was next to the breakfast area and at 6AM people started eating talking loud very noisy.
Also it is very close to the Plaza des Armss so every activity in tge square feels likd in your room. Very noisy.
Maybe other rooms better, do not know

The location is fantastic, just steps away from Plaza de Armas and Hatun Rumiyoc where the 12 cornered rock is located. The place is quiet and clean. We booked two rooms, the one on the ground floor had no outside window and much smaller than the one on the 3rd floor, and felt a bit too enclosed. The one on the 3rd floor is very spacious, a bigger table would be useful.
Breakfast was quite OK, where you can order some hot stuff such as fried eggs. The staff are very friendly and spoke English well. There is no elevator so we relied on staff’s help with the luggage.
Overall a good stay in Cusco.

You re literally steps away from the Plaza De Armas with this facility. the staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is quaint and clean.
