    We paid for a room and we were assigned to a different one. The staff member wasn't friendly and keep refusing to help us. After a while, she said sorry. She will talk with the marketing team to update the photos to avoid further inconvenience with future reservations. At the end, we didn't get room that we booked and didn't get any money back for the difference on price. The walls are very tiny and you can hear everything. The heater doesn't work properly. The room was very cold. The location and breakfast are good. Not recommended
