    We had a nice and comfortable stay at Los Portales. We had a good time and the hotel is centrally located with many places to see around in Cusco and restaurants.

    Location is star. Staff are super friendly and their breakfast is super good. Worth every penny you paid

    I was very surprised the hotel rating is so high, the front desk guys are not friendly and not helpful at all. When I call the front desk for help, the guy doesn’t even say bye to me, just hangs up the line! Also, the adjustment of shower hot and cold water is difficult to use, it is very old and sometimes it is hot and sometimes it is cold! The room is very noisy! You will get awake from 3am til 7am since there are many noise outside the street! Terrible experience!
