It is a 3 star for a reason is all I can say. However , the breakfast was good and the family who runs the place is nice.

Great location! Quiet area, a block from a spectacular beach with beach bar, and a 10 minute walk into the historic centre. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast every morning was delicious (especially the home made cakes!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!
