La situation est excellente! Très bien situé, à proximité du centre et de la plage. Parking privé super, et propriétaire très accueillant!
Un peu trop de bruit lié au fait qu’il y a une cuisine commune et hall d’entrée commun qui est un espace partagé. Ce qui peut générer des bruits des autres locataires pouvant utiliser ces pièces de vie. Par contre salle de bain privative donc top.
