    The location was convenient and the facilities well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was consistently good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The bathroom and amenities met expectations, while housekeeping ensured the room stayed tidy. Overall, it offered solid value for money and a restful environment.

    Location is great, but the place did not feel relaxing. The blanket is so thin, the refrigerator is broken. Th card that was provided did not worked at first and they sent someone to fix the key card but it took so long before it get fixed.

    There were so many missing amenities. The room details listed are untrue. There were no hair dryer, no scale, NO NETFLIX, no slippers, some sockets were not working, no sofa, no ironing facilities, no in-room safe box. Truly disappointing. You could get a much better experience elsewhere for the same price.
