The hotel is clean and has an excellent location. This was my second time staying here and prior to arrival asked if I could have the same room I had 7 months previously. The request was granted, the only negative I had on this occasion was the difference between members of staff in regards to being allowed to extend my room for a few hours on departure. The young lady on reception on my last night was very helpful and polite, quoting me a price I was happy with, the next morning I went to reception to take up the offer, a young man wouldn't entertain the offer from the previous night and instead quoted me the full night rate which was 3 times as much, although he was never impolite the staff need to be on the same page and communicate with each other.. I didn't take up his offer.
