Our experience with this hotel was overall good! Staff was kind and friendly, facilities were a little dated and the lighting inside the room needs updating, pure white light is not the most pleasant, however the traditional Japanese bedroom experience was very cool! Breakfast was also awesome! That alone made this experience super cool!

The tatami room was very spacious. In general, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A bit far, so shuttle was necessary for us without a car. Nothing nearby in walking distance.

Advertised laundry does not exist. Carpets need replacing. Great desk staff helped us get a fried egg in lieu of more raw fish for breakfast. Restaurant ratings would go way up if real coffee was available.
