Liked the hot springs with several pools.
Didn’t like the kitschiness with purple elephants.

We had 2 nights at the ayu. Overall is pleasant experience. Unfortunately, family villa doesn't come with any mountain view. Staffs need to be more attentive in our orders. Breakfast will be good if your buffet are on heating trays and have more varieties and coffee availability for the buffet breakfast.
