This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself.

Overall, the room was excellent. It was a great experience and will for sure book again if I visit Kyoto. The wooden deep soak tub was the highlight of our stay. It was soooo relaxing. Close to some sightseeing places, just a bus away. The staff was excellent on communicating. Will highly recommend this place!
