    Imagine arriving to your hotel after midnight to check-in after a long flight, only to be met with a refusal to check in despite having all your booking and payment proof. That's exactly what happened to us. We booked and paid our whole stay 2 weeks in advance. The receptionist told us that we don't have a booking and we are in the wrong hotel. After 1 hour discussing and arguing with him, and showing him our Agoda booking confirmation, and after he double checked internally, he recognized after 1 hour that we actually had a booking. We checked in 1 hour late after that dramatic experience and went to bed late due to the bad hotel booking system and unqualified staff. Also, there's no regular room service (e.g changing bed sheets, pillows, toilet towels, etc ... ). Also there wasn't enough lighting in the rooms and corridors, and was dark in the corridors. We faced multiple falling incidents at the stairs and in the corridors due to insufficient lighting, and no lifts.
