Pros: the place is really nice, very comfortable, staff are super nice, and the area is so safe. I had problem with the WiFi and they immediately fixed it.
Cons: you will hear everything that is happening next door and common areas, there is no sound isolation at all. The apartments have the same code to open the door so I would ask for them to change the code before you arrive. No keys for the front door so you have to bother the guards to open the door every time (they are super nice). I was surprised the guards were working for 48hs straight and I wonder when do they sleep because they were working all the time.
Would I stay here again? Yes.

Great spot in Roma Norte neighborhood. Very central and easily accessible to great spots around CDMX, and appreciated the security downstairs. The walls are are thin and noise from neighbors can be quite disrupting at times. Overall, enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Roma Norte. Our room was very nice and comfortable. I really appreciated that someone was there to let you in the main door 24-hours a day, so I felt very safe. My only suggestion would be to improve the soundproofing on the wall we shared with the apartment next door. We'd stay here again for sure!
