Nice stay in Mexico City, would recommend!

- size of apartment, very spacious! - tons of storage throughout - housekeeping services and hospitality once there - central location, close to lots of great bars and restaurants - keyless entry - all of the kitchen appliances (blender, toaster, pots and pans, coffee maker) and the size of the fridge - smart tvs - modern look - laundry

- never received a message ahead of time with codes to get in. thankfully housekeeping was there when I arrived and was able to help. - no full length mirror - living room trash can was way too small for having almost a full kitchen - loud in living room at night due to downstairs restaurant blasting music, okay when bedroom door is closed - i found a lock of someone else's hair in the shower when i arrived

Clean Comfortable Modern One Bedroom Apartment in the midst of a fun active well situated location

Apt very clean and modern. I was happy that the bedroom is separate (a true one bedroom) from the living room since I was travelling with a friend. Since the bedroom was in the back it was very quiet and peaceful- with double blackout curtains. The front room is to the street/ noisier but the windows were good quality to close them. Location is a great- active area... with nice cafes etc within the block/ and walking further (40minutes) to downtown Historic Center or Condessa in opposite direction with so much to see... Uber is super easy and was very easy pickup/ drop off from hotel location.

Honestly I was very happy- but a few details- it is next to a 24 hour restaurant which I was a bit concerned at first- but it's a great, fun place and seemed very popular and local (also I highly recommend eating there) and it meant that the street wasn't desolate which made it feel safer to come and go even at night- There is no onsite reception but a digital code to outer door and apt door which was very easy to use.

Would have been a 10/10 for me if there was some more sound barriers between rooms.

The room was beautifully decorated, very clean with modern finishes in the bathroom. The host was super responsive on the app and it was easy to get to my room. The kitchenette was equipped with everything you would need.

It was very noisy. I was there on a Friday night and there was a party going on in the distance with loud music until about 3am. I probably could have slept through that as it was kind of muffled, but the more intense noise was coming from chairs being dragged across the floor above my room all night long!

Good location but noisy

It was pretty central so easy to navigate around the city.

We weren’t sent any check in information so we’re locked out when we arrived - luckily another guest arrived and let us in the lobby and contacted the host for us to get us our room number and access code. I’d they hadn’t arrived we would have been stuck - host didn’t seem apologetic at all. It is right next door to a nightclub and 24 hour taco place which has a queue outside all night so is quite noisy but managed to sleep. The cleanliness could have been better too - hair from previous occupants all over apartment

Great location, exceptionally clean but noisy.

Convenient location for Roma Norte. 10/15 min walk from many fantastic restaurants. Very nice furnishings and newly decorated apartment. Good if choosing to self cater too and great size too. Felt very safe. Sonia was extremely helpful and nice!

Extremely noisy. Located right next to a 24hr popular taco restaurant and a bar. Constant building work from 7am and very thin walls with noisy pipes going off constantly. (Not a problem if you plan to be out for most of the day / night, but bear in mind if not). Communication will be in Spanish, despite listing in English, so translate will be needed.

LOUD. Noise from upstairs (moving furniture), the lobby (women talking at 8 am), and on the street (disco music till 4 a.m.) Impossible to sleep. Infrequent housekeeping.

Nice place at an excellent location

Excellent location, easy to get to Underground and Metro Bus, plenty of good restaurants and small shops nearby.

There is a very popular restaurant downstairs that opens 24-hours, it has always been very noisy and can continue to midnight. So we had to keep the windows closed all the time.

Clean modern unit at nice location, but very loud most nights.

Place was clean and modern, nice washroom too. Location was close to lots of restaurants. The room service person was also friendly.

The biggest one - there's a loud club + restaurant right nextdoor, and the music is loud and vibrating until 3AM almost every night, and you hear noises from early morning at like 6AM. For this reason alone, would not stay here again. The internet was terrible at first, but after messaging someone came to fix it and it was fine after. Very little natural light in the room, only one window which is to the inside terrace, which isn't well lit, and we didn't want to keep open since people there would be able to see inside. The inside terrace also wasn't a 'terrace' and was not a good vibe (barely any light, also steamy since by the laundry room). Lastly, would have been good to have some luggage stands to hold our luggage.

cheap for a reason. not worth the value

nice clean remodeled interior but with a bunch of missing and broken things

this place is cheap for a reason. the place is next to a busy street and the building is split into 4 units. this place shares a wall with a lounge club on the second floor and a very popular taco pub on the first floor. my unit was not next to either but I could hear the bass vibrations of the club and the loud talking of the taco restaurant guests and it was unbearable. the interior is nice and recently remodeled but there are glaring misses which was frustrating. PAPER thin walls and floors you can hear all the 'action' of the couple above and all the street noise. the club's music thumps our entire unit and every morning at 9am there is a beeping sound that doesnt end for 2 hours. loud deafening vibrating construction next door at 9am. a dead crushed mosquito with blood splattered on the sheets, a broken bedside outlet, air conditioning in the separate bedroom only and not in the living room, bathroom window that was broken and brought all sorts of mosquitoes... the deal breaker was broken wifi during our entire 5 day stay like another guest review mentioned. the host was unresponsive and would take 12 hours hours respond with strange answers that dont provide actions or answers. I asked for a partial refund to compensate for the many extra costs we incurred to find wifi and for the lost money from the work we could not do. avoid.

Good but with flaws

The location is excellent and the apartment is beautifully renovated.

The internet did not work for the entire stay and the owner took 12h to answer to us when we first raised the concern. Also, we were assigned apartment 01 which can be somewhat noisy in the evening.

Great space, would recommend

Great accommodation, lovely spacious suite. It had everything we needed and we particularly loved our huge, comfortable bed. It's not quite in the heart of the lovely Roma Norte area but it's 5/10 minute walk so no complaints at all. We saw reviews about the bar next door which you can hear, but in the bedroom we couldn't hear it and it didn't affect us at all. We would recommend.

Only comment would be lack of natural light. We faced the road with small windows at the front and the back faced the enclosed terrace. Not a huge issue though

Cómodo y bien ubicado

La ubicación es súper buena, conecta muy bien con el Metrobús y puntos de interés, está a unas cuadras de Reforma. La zona es muy segura y los tacos a un lado están bien buenos. El estudio es igual que las fotos.

Como es zonas de bares algunas noches hubo ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, a nosotras no nos molestó pero se debe tomar en cuenta.

Un lugar muy agradable

Muy buena ubicación. Algo de ruido en la calle pero la habitación principal es insonorizada, así que no hay inconvenientes para dormir.

No tiene ascensor y es en una segunda planta. Si lleva maleta pesada o tiene problemas para subir escaleras, puede ser complejo subir, de resto es súper descansada la escalera.

Super Bien

El departamento es muy bonito y cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, la ubicación súper bien está a unas cuadras de reforma. A un lado hay una taqueria y un bar por lo que siempre hay ruido y es una zona transitada, sin embargo al momento de dormir con cerrar la puerta se aislaban los ruidos de afuera y no hubo problema. La señora de la limpieza fue muy amable y en la cocina había para hacer café, tés y todos los accesorios para cocinar y guardar tu comida en el refri

Todo bien, solo un día nos salió una cucaracha, supongo es normal por qué al lado hay una taqueria, pero todo estaba muy limpio entonces yo creo fue algo esporádico

Estancia en casa niza

El lugar es muy bonito, una buena ubicación y la señora Sonia quien está encargada de las instalaciones nos trató excelentemente desde nuestra llegada.

Por las noches en ocasiones hacia algo de calor y pusimos el aire acondicionado pero este tiene un ruido en la ventila y tuvimos que apagarlo.

Excelente ubicación, todo el espacio se encontraba limpio, muy útil el mini refrigerador de la cocina y todos los utensilios. Personal muy amable y servicial. El aire acondicionado enfriaba perfecto y el agua caliente nunca nos fallo.

Me gustaría agregaran una escoba y trapeador ya que al contar con cocina a veces derramábamos liquido o boronas de comida y nos hubiera sido mas fácil limpiarlo nosotros al contar con escoba y trapeador.
