everything was great!
not really the property fault but due to their location there is a lot of noise at night

The property was great. The room looks exactly like the pictures. Sonia the housekeeper was amazing! It is a very safe location. There is great lighting at night, plus the taco shop next door is open 24/7. It is definitely a very convenient location.
My only suggestion is that the furniture gets some padding underneath its legs. We stayed in the first apartment on the first floor, I believe there were guest above us who constantly moved furniture at night which made it difficult for us to get some rest at night.

Las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias, un espacio pequeño pero agradable, tiene todo lo necesario para largas estancias, hay bastante ruido las noches de fines de semana pero si uno está cansado ni lo nota, la zona está bastante bien con establecimientos básicos, puedes encontrar lo que necesites a los alrededores caminando y seguro.
El check in fue tardado (no habían activado las llaves de acceso al complejo y mucho menos nos habían proporcionado los códigos) la falta de comunicación al tratar de averiguar cuáles eran los códigos que supuestamente ya nos habían proporcionado pero en realidad nunca nos los habían dado. Y los números de contacto que aparecen en la información pareciera nadie estaba al pendiente para estos casos. La espera fue molesta porque no nos daban respuesta rápida con lo números de contacto.

Avisamos que llegábamos media noche, nos contestaron que no había problema. Al llegar al lugar nadie nos abrió ni contestó en la puerta, ni llamadas ni mensajes hasta un día y medio después.
