Clean and central with some quirks.

The apartment is clean and refreshed every few days when fresh towels, bottled water and coffee. The location is quite central so access to various neighbourhoods of the city felt really good. There are some cafes within a few meters, and there's an exxo across the street for some supplies, very convenient.

The walls are not very well insulated, particularly with the plumbing. If the neighbours are also using the water you can hear the pipes vibrating through the walls and it is quite loud. While the location is quite central, it is located on a busy road, so you do hear a lot of road traffic but having the windows closed does dampen it.

Great location, awesome space and comfortable bed

Location is great and even though it’s on a busy avenue, it’s very well sound proofed. Very comfortable bed.

Mind you, this is not their fault by any means just the nature of Mexico City as it is mostly built on top of a lake bed the soil moves and in this case we were on the second floor which had some subtle movements that if you’re not used to it might make you think it’s a small earthquake, but it’s just the “normal” movement of buildings in this area.

Very convenient location and clean rooms

Recently renovated. Rooms were very clean and had everything needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient - only 5 minute walk to the metro station, and surrounded by many restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommended!

It would be better if the bathroom had a ventilation fan and the rooms had larger trash cans

Location, bed, bathroom, kitchen pretty good but n supplies to help short stay( not any spices, oils, etc like in other places I have rented).

It was very humid & didn’t figure out how to control ( with the a/c or heating).

Nice apartment

Nice apartment with comfortable bed. Central location for exploring. Secure, clean and peaceful.

You have to empty the bins yourself and there was no cleaning or towel change as standard (we were there for a week). There was a lady hanging about and a note thanking you for your tip! Presumptuous, all things considered.

Great location, clean and well maintained!

Great location, windows blocked out street sound well, very clean, room service (Lulu) was super nice. Laundry/dryer was also nice to have and in an easy to access spot.

Internet was only good in the main room, and no the bedroom. The A/C unit was located right above the bed which isn't ideal , and it worked okay, not great. Also, would have been good to have more space to put down our luggage - there weren't any luggage stands provided. And lastly, it would have been nice to have a larger garbage bin, the one we had was very tiny.

Great central place to stay

Great location, private, quiet enough for us even though it's on a major road. Close to many restaurants, cafes, and feels safe to walk around during most times of the day/night. Most importantly clean and a comfy bed.

The air conditioning makes clicking noises at times, but I imagine this could be fixed. It works fine and the temp was always comfortable.

Beautiful apartment well-situated in the city

i stayed in Room #5, which is on the top floor and which has a beautiful private patio surrounded by plants. The apartment is on one of the busiest streets in the city, yet it's very quiet inside the apartment - great soundproof windows and doors. The apartment is very nicely furnished and pristinely clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and high-quality bath towels that'll make you wonder where they were purchased. I appreciated the elevator.

Wonderful Design, Wonderful Stay...

Casa Las Arcos is a beautiful well designed property in a marvelous location! The suites are immaculately clean, the garden landscaping is beautiful and the cleaning staff is very helpful and kind. The location is wonderful and near all to many cafes and parks. The rooms look just like the photos! Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay! I will suggest it to others!

The road noise did not disturb me in my ground floor, street side room however, one does hear everyone entering the building and those in the apartment above. I used ear buds and listened to music while working and it solved the problem for me. This is not a complaint but a reality of a smaller house. Just to be aware. Loved my stay!

Note que la casa se movía mucho, tal vez este construida sobre amortiguadores que la protejan en caso de temblores; Lo único que tal vez podría mejorar es el elevador que en ocasiones tarde en llegar al punto en el que abre la puerta.

Rommet var ca. 15 kvm, og ikke 30 kvm som annonsert. Sengen var liten og meget ukomfortabel. Støyen fra veien gjorde det umulig å sove (dårlig lydisolasjon). Vi flyttet ut etter en natt og venter en tilbakebetaling. Vi har klaget til Booking.com og stedet. Ingen response enda fra Booking.com.

La localización, su diseño moderno, tranquilo, bien insonorizado, bien equipado. El anfitrión muy amable.

Como en casi todos los hoteles de México que nos hemos hospedado , algunos rincones de la ducha merecen una limpieza en profundidad para que el alojamiento sea de 10.

CUARTO DE BODEGA A PRECIO DE HOTEL

La casa se ve muy linda pero lamentablemente nos asignaron el cuarto de porteria asi que no vivimos esa experiencia

no me comentaron que el cuarto que me asignaron era afuera de la casa que presentan, era muy ruidoso, pequeño y encerrado, casi no pudimos dormir por tanto ruido, me siento totalmente estafado

El lugar es súper agradable, no hay nada de ruido, las vistas en la suite con terraza son súper agradables. El anfitrión hizo la llegada muy sencilla y práctica.

Podría haber un bote de basura un poco más grande porque se llena muy rápido. Y no hay supermercados cerca (Tipo Walmart o Chedraui), para considerar compras con anticipación.

Hermosísima casa en los arcos

La casa es totalmente hermosa tanto en decoración, instalaciones, ubicación sin duda regresaría y la recomendaría. La cama super super cómoda tanto colchón como almohadas, limpieza al 100, sábanas, toallas y toda ella impecable. Ubicación perfecta para caminar hacia todos lados estás cerca de el Ángel de la independencia para la icónica foto! La zona es muy segura, desde mi experiencia tranquila y silenciosa para descansar. Hay wifi en cada piso de la casa, internet super rápido y mi hija amo la selección de aplicaciones en las televisiones. Tienes todo lo que necesitas en una casa y más hay detalles como café de grano para la cafetera, agua embotellada, plancha y burro para la ropa, secadora etc. Ame ciudad de México muchas gracias por todo!

Me hubiera gustado que hicieran limpieza durante el día probablemente no supe cómo era la dinámica pero tuve contacto con el personal solo el día que llegue y estuve 3 noches. Si me dejaron saber que cualquier cosa les dijera pero ya no los vi ningún día, me encantaría saber la dinámica para mí próxima vez en la casa.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – perfekt, um Viertel wie Roma Norte zu Fuß zu erkunden. Absolut zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment selbst war sehr großzügig geschnitten, modern renoviert und mit einem großen, schönen Bad ausgestattet. Man hatte richtig viel Platz und hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt.

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: Auf der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern waren vereinzelt Flecken zu sehen. Das hat den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck aber kaum geschmälert.

Muy buena experiencia, lo recomiendo!

Todo fue tal cual lo que esperábamos y mejor. El lugar era muy acogedor, limpio y estaba bien ubicado (tienes metros de transpote cerca en lugares tranquilos). La persona del aseo un 7, muy atenta y amable. El lugar cuanta con lavandería que puedes usar coordinándote con la persona de aseo y llevando detergente. La verdad es que nos quedaríamos nuevamente encantados!

El único punto que se puede mejorar es que el baño cuente con mayor circulación de aire como un extractor. Cabe decir que esto es algo muy menor al lado de las buenas cosas hotel y su personal.
