This is my third stay at this hotel. In the previous 2 stays, I stayed in a suite. but this time when I stayed at a family room for 7 nights, I can say that this is not a 5-stars hotel. I came at check in time but they said the room is not yet available. I waited for exact 1 hour! The room was basic that you'd see in 3 stars hotels. I stayed in 3, 4 and 5 hotels in different parts of the world and can differentiate btw infrastructure, services and ameneities for those star ratings. We entered the room. There were no soap, no shampoo, no shwoer gel, no lotion! four bottles ether empty or have min amount. I had to ring the room serivce. I still remember the gentle man who brough a label-less large galloon and filled our soap bottle! Had to ring the room service again to remind them to fill in the shampoo and shower gel. Been filled. God knows what liquid was poured into the three bottles. No body bothered to fill in the lotion but I could not care less tbh. First night, shower flood! next day, toilet hose leak! 3rd night, the room smells at the entrance! the hallway is full of cigarette smoke depsite no smoking signs everywhere. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers provided. I asked them why there is no slippers, they said you need to ask for them they are granted! I told the cusotmer service or customer engagement manager all of this. She apologised and offered another room which I said no need, we are leaving in 2 days. She insisted. I said ok. she said will ask the service to be prepae the room and ask you first to view before you move in. That was it! No one called for me to see the room. I went next day and spoke with the repecption who again apologised but did nothing. the toilet seat leaked for 7 days and despite repetitive calls no one showed up! I felt sorry for water to be wasted like this! I'd only appreciate two people there that I don't know their names. The guy who cleans the rooms on the fifth floor, and the dining court manager (breakfast). overall, Disgrace!
