The service, food, localization and ambience around were fantastic. Clean swimming pool, towels and deckchairs
In general hotel was clean, but the shower in the bathroom was clean only on the level of eyes, dusty furniture and inside the wardrobes, seats and chair outside - very dirty, making impossible to use. Everything else fantastic, every single person (even the cleaning ladies) were taking great care of us. If I will be back in Cairo, I will definitely be back in this hotel, even this little dusty problem

Staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful
They are very polite and facilitate everything
Location is accessible for banks, malls, airport and everything is almost around walking distance

The location is good. Helpful staff
No elevator, breakfast quality and variety were both below expectations. Noisy AC made the place feel unsafe
