The Den is located in an excellent area, making commuting very convenient. The hotel has a distinct European influence in its design, yet the rooms are noticeably more spacious and offer more amenities than many hotels in Europe. The shower water pressure is outstanding, and the hot water supply is consistently excellent—both of which added greatly to the comfort of the stay.
One area for improvement is in the hotel’s operational systems. Upon checkout, I was presented with a bill showing outstanding room charges, despite having fully prepaid for my booking through Expedia. In addition, each time I left the hotel, security would ask whether I had signed out, which became repetitive and somewhat frustrating. Strengthening these processes would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Will definitely stay here again , comfortable bed clean room, great breakfast options and the staff were very helpful and made our stay seamless. Thank you, Den 23 and look forward to staying there again.

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do more for us! So pleased we stayed here for our time in Colombo. The hotel is so well situated too!
