The staff attitude was disappointing from the very beginning. The hot water shower was also difficult to use, as the temperature adjustment controls were positioned too high for convenient access. The TV was outdated and offered only an analogue connection, making it frustrating to get a proper signal. It felt easier to go to sleep than to struggle with the TV, just like the old days of trying to tune traditional analogue TVs.
The cleanliness was satisfactory overall, but there is still room for improvement. I would have given a much better review if these issues had been addressed. With better staff hospitality, more user-friendly facilities, and improved entertainment options, the overall experience could have been much better.
