Theres leakage on my AC and my room is next to the rooftop restaurant running KTV i hope they can improve soundproofing because it is noisy

The hotel was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Their hospitality made our stay wonderful!

The room appears quite old and could benefit from better maintenance. Some aspects, such as the lighting, door locks, bathroom, bed linen, floor, furniture, and parking area, were not in the best condition. The room opens directly into a public restaurant/PUB. Overall, the experience did not match with the price charged. It would feel more reasonable if the rate were about half of the current price. That mean It may somewhat worthy if 10$/night. For comparison, a similarly poorly maintained place nearby on Cotta Road (Hotel 30) charges around LKR 2,000 per night, whereas this property is about LKR 7,000. However, the conditions here were also similarly poor and far beneath an acceptable standard. I thought people choose this property because of its convenient location with easy access to Borella. However, I would like to inform you that there is a similar poorly conditioned place nearby known as Hotel 30. I chose this place expecting better conditions for the price compared to that, but I was disappointed as the conditions were similar, while the charges were more than double.
