    Well design hotel, convenience and good location. The room we stayed have 3 bed room which can stay max 8 people. With 2 bathroom and a sauna which in fact it would be nice to turn that sauna to bigger bedrooms or bathroom!! Overall experience is very present only comment is on the second night one of the bathroom ceiling was leak and staff need to fixed it. When he fixed the ceiling the bathroom door got stuck and can't close. So we end up can't use that bathroom at all! Not convenience for a group of 5 people to use just one bathroom!! Thou staff respond is very good and quick but I would have to comment on this.

    Clean, comfortable, and convenient. UH Suites is the perfect option for families or small groups. It’s a small hotel, so you don’t have to wait long for elevator rides. The hotel is a short distance from City Hall train station. Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, and Deoksugung Palace are all within a short distance. It’s away from the busy tourist areas, so it’s easy to catch busses or Uber taxis. Several office buildings are around, so the area is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and convenient stores, that cater to the locals. Better food at a cheaper prices. If you have experience in Korea and know how to navigate, this hotel a great option.

    We arrived at 9:45pm to find no one at reception, despite the hotel knowing our arrival time. It took 1.5 hours to get checked in after trying multiple ways to contact staff; we eventually had to walk to another UH Hotel just to reach someone. This was completely unacceptable. If they were experiencing staffing issues, they could easily have sent a message or left a note and key for us. When we asked for compensation for the inconvenience and for disrupting our first night’s plans, the hotel offered AUD $65, which was inadequate. The room itself was cozy and functional. However, the internal bedroom had no ventilation, which meant we couldn’t close the door. On a positive note, our washing was done efficiently, and on our last day the receptionist was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi for us.
