    The hotel is spacious and clean, it is situated near to the metro station (about 7 mins walk). The hotel staff is friendly and helpful too.

    The location of UH Suite Seoul Square is definitely a plus, it's conveniently situated near City Hall Station with plenty of food options, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance. However, the proximity to karaoke pubs meant we were often disturbed by loud noise from drunk patrons around midnight, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and responsive, but the overall facilities left something to be desired. For example, the room only came with two pillows by default, and when we asked for two more, we were surprised to find they came with a charge of 5,000 KRW, something you typically wouldn’t expect from a hotel. There was also no safe in the room. The room itself was clean and fairly comfortable, but the bathroom had drainage issues. One night, the floor flooded while my wife was showering, and we had to call staff to unclog the drain. This became a repeated issue throughout our stay. Overall, it's an okay stay if you're focused on location and don't mind a few inconveniences, but there’s room for improvement in both service policy and maintenance.
