My partner and I just stayed here and for the price point it ticked the boxes — great location and affordable. However, as I have read on other reviews, the owners are lacking in customer service/people skills. As long as you don’t cross them, it should be a pleasant stay. We had a bunch of small ants in our room and all over all our belongings, which we realized while packing up the check out. Because of this we were 10 minutes late checking out. The woman owner stormed upstairs and was INCREDIBLY rude to my partner. She immediately started yelling at him. My partner tried to apologize and explain why we were running late and she escalated the situation further and started saying things like “can you not read?!”. Yes, we were a bit late checking out. But the way in which she handled the situation was completely unnecessary and outright unacceptable. I hope the owners see these reviews and take steps in taking care of their customers better or before long they wont have many left.
