Stayed for one night. Location is excellent—close to everything, which makes it convenient. The downside is the stairs, which can be a bit of a hassle. The morning receptionist (lady) was very nice and hospitable, making us feel welcome. The night shift male receptionist, however, had more of a “just here because it’s work” attitude, which felt less engaging. Overall, an okay stay with highlights in service during the day.

We were slightly disappointed because the hotel room we received did not match the pictures shown on Agoda. We tried to complain to the staff, but unfortunately they were unable to help. They only said that the room type had changed. However, the room shown in the Agoda photos—the one we selected—looked much nicer and was the reason we chose this hotel. Sadly, we did not get the room we had booked. In terms of price, it was not very good value for money, as there are many hotels in the surrounding area that are more affordable and also located closer to markets and malls.
