    A clean property in a convenient location, with easy airport access and transport. The staff were excellent and the facilities were good, while comfortable sleep and reliable hot water made the stay pleasant. The main drawback was the room size, which felt limited. Overall, a solid option, though the value for money could be better.

    A nice hotel in the middle of Krabi. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. Not far from the river, markets and restaurants/cafés. Be aware that there is no elevator due to the nature of the building.

    Had a really nice 2-night stay at The Brown Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the rustic vibe and design of the hotel, it gave the place a lot of character. The balcony overlooking the street was also a nice touch, and the location was great. It’s just a short walk to the night markets, and there’s a 7-Eleven right opposite the hotel. Another nice surprise was the complimentary minibar, with Coke, juice, biscuits, and water provided. The staff were also amazing and very helpful, especially when recommending places to visit and things to do around the area. The only small downside is that there’s no lift, but the staff were kind enough to assist with carrying our belongings, so it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall, a very cosy and charming stay. Nothing else to dislike, would definitely recommend!

    We were slightly disappointed because the hotel room we received did not match the pictures shown on Agoda. We tried to complain to the staff, but unfortunately they were unable to help. They only said that the room type had changed. However, the room shown in the Agoda photos—the one we selected—looked much nicer and was the reason we chose this hotel. Sadly, we did not get the room we had booked. In terms of price, it was not very good value for money, as there are many hotels in the surrounding area that are more affordable and also located closer to markets and malls.
