    The lobby is connected to the rooms through a short stairway and there is no sound barrier. They have an ancient refrigerator with a loud inverter that should be replaced. I told the manager and his solution was to simply turn it off at night and turn it back on in the morning. If you're going to charge 1250 baht for a private room you can at least erect a wall so that everything that is happening in the lobby doesn't travel to the customers sleeping upstairs. You can just tell everything is cheaply built. Also staff did not provide me with bed sheets. Just left two blankets on the bed. This level of service should not be acceptable and ownership should spend money on a new refrigerator and a wall leading up the stairway.
