The room we had was spacious. Comfortable bed and quiet / well sound proofed. The staff was kind. The WiFi was good and reliable. Good location. The only negative was the shower, which was a bit broken.

A perfect location for anyone travelling by train and also hoping to explore the historic core of Florence. The hotel is cozy and only has a few rooms, so there was personal attention and responsiveness to any questions. The breakfast was good and the room was tastefully decorated and clean.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Positives: Very nice, clean hotel in the heart of the city. Negatives: not cheap, hard to find entrance, staff was helpful but their English could be better as it is a very touristy area.
