horrible rooms. Worse is when you complain, you just fall asleep waiting. I feel like they're just waiting for you to just get fed calling. I left even when I've paid for 2 more nights and since it was prepaid, I did not get any money back. Well, not worth the sleepless nights.

Had difficulty finding the entrance from the car park as there is no obvious signage. Eventually you find a back entrance, and you have to take an elevator to the 3rd floor to get to reception. It's all a bit odd. However, the room and facilities were good. The pool is small but nice, a great area to relax. Breakfast was a little limited for choice (compared to the Bacolod Citadine for example) but good quality and fresh. All of the staff wee polite and helpful. The only downside was that that there wasn't much around if walking.

The room was spacious and they were very generous with the inclusions (drinking water, shower and dental kit, coffee, etc.). The pool area was also well-stocked with towels so you don't have to bring one down from your room and I'm especially appreciative with the poolside bar staff — they were very nice and gave us a glass of water to drink after we were done swimming, without us even asking. Highly recommend this place for a staycation in the city!
