It was a wonderful surprise this hotel. The couple that manages it were lovely people and the place was beyond words. I was beautiful at night and much better in the day time. We had the most quiet and restful night in our trip.

A delightful welcome by our gracious hosts. Loads of character in this wonderful old house, reminiscent of a bygone age of gentility. The history of the farm is fascinating and I wish we had had the time to learn more.

If you want a traditional, quiet, rural place to stay this is for you. If you want a modern, high-tech, conventional hotel experience this is not for you. The hotel has just two rooms run by an old lady in an old house in the countryside. It is very elegant, but all of the rooms and facilities and interactions are basic and haven't changed for decades. We absolutely loved it for its charm, tranquility, and opportunity to connect with the hostess, and for giving us a feel for French countryside living.

I had a very pleasant stay with my dog whilst passing through; we enjoyed being able to walk around the grounds. This is a delightful fairy-tale location and property. The lady running the place is so nice that you are tempted to take her away with you. The amenities are old but functional and clean. The surrounding farm area is just so picturesque.

We arrived but nobody to receive us The weather was cold -1deg we waited for an 1HOUR eventually her son came.We rang the number on the door,but no reply.The best thing we exchanged rooms which was warm.The towels were small hand towels you could not use them after a shower we used our own from the car.No toiletries provided only a small soap somebody had left thank goodness we had our own .It was very rustic !There will be no repeat visits.
