Holiday Inn Club Vacations The Royal Haciendas by IHG - All inclusive

Was a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend eating at the steakhouse, the food was amazing!

I looked at reviews prior to booking and seen some complaints and was a little worried. After staying here, came to realize people are too picky or have to complain about something. This place was amazing. The room was amazing. Other places expect a king bed or 2 queens and a sofa bed to be sufficient for a family. This place has a king bed in its own bedroom and the kids had their own beds (Murphy beds). Food options were great, pizza from room service was not very good. There was a lot of seaweed Monday when we arrived and it smelt bad, but they had it cleaned up by Wednesday, it's not their fault, it is mother nature. Staff was great and very attentive and helpful. Alot of activities and amenities. Our kids (11and 17) had a great time and loved it here. When you check in the concierge will try to get you to attend a time share meeting but all you have to do is say no and they won't bother you again about it. Property was beautiful and maintained well. Diffinatel recommend for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed the shows and activities they hosted.

The resort does not have a beach. The seaweed has completely taken over. You will have to take an excursion to see the Cancun beach. Do not do the time share meeting. The staff treats you differently after you deny the time share. Just pay full price for the excursions. The discount doesn't end up bring worth the time and pressure.
