The Fives Beach Hotel - Á la Carte All Inclusive

We loved it. The room was spotless and cleaned and stocked daily. The food and drinks were outstanding - we didn’t have a bad meal. The staff are all so friendly and willing to go above and beyond. We loved the daily pop-up events the resort had, they really catered to all ages. We can’t wait to go back again.

Everything - our rooms, the food, the vibe - was fantastic! The staff deserve an extra call out though because everyone we talked with or had questions for were so very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

I traveled with my family! Property was clean and all staf was good

Hotel was amazing. Very clean. Beautiful walking paths throughout the hotel. Very family friendly if you have kids. Manuels house keeping was spot on every day. Breakfast wasn’t as good as lunch or dinner options. Drinks weren’t anything special but that’s expected at an all inclusive. I do wish better quality beer was offered. Very limited with their options. Very easy beach access with nice calm waters. Most of the staff members were welcoming and kind. Jean, Issac, Guadalupe, Israel, were some of the nicest people we encountered. Unfortunately we did have an inconvenience with one particular staff member that made us feel discriminated against. It almost came of as favoritism and racist towards us. That’s another thing that I noticed with certain staff members that if you spoke Spanish or were a Mexican American like us we didn’t receive the same attention or service. We highly recommend this resort but unfortunately we won’t be returning.
