Overall great resort as this is my second time. The only issue was reso system needs to be improved for restaurants. And seaweed problem but I understand that’s across the coastal line

Stayed at this resort for a wedding and overall had a good experience! The resort is very large with tons of villas and room options. The newer buildings are the farthest away from the main pool & beach so it was quite a walk. The resort has transportation via golf carts that we occasionally caught a ride on. I loved having my room connected to the adult pool. The staff was amazing and the spa experience was my favorite part of the resort. I also really loved the wildlife we saw here- monkeys, capybaras, iguanas. We only got to try 2 restaurants while we were there due to wedding activities off resort. The sushi restaurant by the main plaza was great, I loved the eel roll and pad Thai! The Italian restaurant was not that great. Most restaurants on this resort do not take reservations so we did end up having to wait around 45 minutes for a table (might have been because we had a group of 6/7 people each time). The pools were great and the wood fire pizza by the beach was amazing! Not a ton of entertainment/night life things to do that I noticed but since the resort was so big we might have just missed it.

The hotel is wonderful for travelling as a family with children. There is entertainment for everyone. The restaurants, the staff, the amenities, and overall quality of service is outstanding. I'd definitely visit again in the future.

Tons of amenities, friendly staff, food was ok, but rooms were not very up-kept - ours was dirty upon check-in, and it unfortunately took several requests over multiple days to get service (new towels/water/cleaning/etc.).
