    all staff speaks limited english but the kid speaks a little better than the parents. the father has a big drinking gathering went on till evening and they were pretty loud. the building was halfway finished so in morning you'll be woken up by construction guys start hummering before 8. overall the place absolutely offeres better value for the price

    I was grateful for the airport transfer service at the hotel for arriving late at night. It looked close on the map, but I had to cross a main street to walk there and there were no people walking. It is recommended to use the transfer service as it is dark around late at night. I requested a pick-up via email and exchanged meeting place information on WhatsApp on the day of arrival. After immigration and currency exchange, when I went to the meeting place, they were waiting for me. The transfer cost 100,000 dong (about 600 yen). I also asked them to take me to the old town hotel the next morning for 250,000 dong (about 1,500 yen). It is advisable to request the transfer service as there is an extra charge for early morning and late-night transfers. They provide bottled water, toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. Both the husband and wife are kind people. The room was better than I expected. It is perfect for early morning departures, late-night arrivals, and transfers. It is easy to stay there because the price is affordable.

    My friends and I had a last minute booking in the mid night and they woke up to accommodate us.

    The place is clean and quiet, and it’s about a 20-minute walk from the airport. The room had good air-conditioning and a strong shower. However, there is no elevator and the staff do not help with carrying luggage. I would strongly advise against staying here if you care about safety or convenience. The location is inside a village with no bus connectivity, making it very expensive and difficult to travel to Hanoi.
