Very nice hotel with easy access to everything, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, walk distance to all activities including shopping, dining, laundry, sightseeing, etc. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Pillow a bit soft and the running water for the big bathtub was a bit slow, but bathtub size is quite huge. The noise control can be improved, mainly through hallway and very noticeable while main door open but not big deal during my stay. The buffet breakfast was quite decent and with great view in top floor overlooking the lake.
In overall, the service was great during Chinese New Year. The hotel seems only opened for 2-3 years
