Staff was very professional and responsive. Having a parking spot is a bonus. Location is just half block from the lake. Room was OK for a night stay. Recommend it for a short stay in Sun Moon Lake area.
Breakfast was basic.

The location is just walkable to foods street and cable car station. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and kid friendly. Highly recommended for family with young kids.
